Our promise

We stand behind every placement. If we cannot deliver a confirmed order, you receive a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Order cannot be fulfilled within the agreed delivery window (28 days max).
  • Placement does not match the agreed metrics (DA, DR, niche, traffic).
  • Link is removed by the publisher within 30 days of placement and we cannot replace it.

2. Non-Refundable

Custom content already produced, completed and live placements that meet agreed metrics, and AI tool subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your order ID and the reason for the request. We respond within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we will offer a replacement placement of equal or greater value before issuing a refund. You may always decline and receive cash back instead.
